These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.trekicon.com and bookings with TREK ICON, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By using our site or placing a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Bookings & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or written confirmation from us).
• Prices are shown in INR and may change until payment is completed.
• You must provide accurate participant and contact details.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay.

Fitness, safety & conduct

• Outdoor activities involve inherent risk. You participate at your own risk and must follow guide instructions.
• Disclose medical conditions that may affect participation before the trip.
• We may refuse or discontinue participation for safety or misconduct without refund beyond the Refund Policy.
• Carry required gear and complete any waivers or forms we provide.

Age & guardians

Minors may join only with parent/guardian consent and any age or ratio requirements communicated for that program.

Weather & itinerary changes

Routes, timing, and logistics may change for weather, permits, or safety. We will communicate material changes as early as practical.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and media are owned by TREK ICON or licensors. Do not copy or reuse without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREK ICON is not liable for indirect losses, or for injury/loss arising from risks inherent to outdoor adventure, except where caused by our proven gross negligence. Our total liability related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
